The company had taken a firm steps to reduce the fixed cost and minimized the variable cost, Administration cost and other miscellaneous cost, it had sold it’s three small units situated at UT Dadra & Nagar Haveli and moving its plant and machinery to Silli units, in it’s newly constructed 40000 sq. feet new building which can also utilized for future expansion. The company has started constructing 24000 sq. feet Vapi by keeping in mind future need base expansion in existing unit
