  Valson, Valson Industries, Dyed Yarn In India, Dyed Yarn Manufacture In India, Polyester Texture Yarn In India, Polyester Texture Yarn Manfacture In India, Pty In India, Import Of Yarn 1965 - Mr. Nanakchand Mutreja, Chairman, founder of Valson Industries Ltd. (VIL) started his carrier by producing Suitings & Shirtings with power looms. He firmly believed in producing quality fabrics, which resulted in strong goodwill in the market.
   
  1983 - Mr. Suresh Mutreja, Managing Director (Son of Nanakchand Mutreja) then entered into the arena of polyester dyed yarns and set up a company called Valson Synthetics Pvt Ltd. on 2nd June.
   
  1995 - After earning a good name and seeing a good potential in textile field, VIL came out with a Public Issue which was fully subscribed under the name Valson Synthetics Ltd and later the name has changed to Valson Industries Ltd. in October 1998.

Mutrja – marketing skills The yarn texturising capacity at Silvassa has been already increased to 3000 tpa from 1200 tpa.
   
  1997- 98 - The Company has been able to generate a healthy cash flow all throughout the year mainly due to strong Brand Equity 'VALSON' and sound working capital management.
- During the year of review, the Company carried out in-house
Research & Development Programme in the nature of development of innovative shades at Andheri, where new shades are constantly developed and introduced in the market for commercial acceptance.
   
  1999 - The Company has acquired all the necessary Equipment’s for quality Cotton Yarn Dyeing which were successfully commissioned during April.
   
  2000 - 2004 - The company has done the necessary and required expansions on regular basis as young & dashing Mr. Kunal Mutreja joins his hands to his family duties.
   
  2005 - 2007 - By seeing the vision of good future of Textile Market the Company had expansion of 13 cores and increase substantial capacity of Texturising, Twisting and almost double in Dyeing.
     
 
2008 - The Company has acquired a plot of land 8200 sq. mtrs at silli Village for the future expansion of 30 to 35 crores. The first phase of expansion i.e. construction of factory building has already started.
